 When Do You Meet?
The chapter meets every Tuesday morning (barring a few public holidays). Members are expected to attend all meetings, or send a substitute. By attending meetings strong working relationships grow and a greater level of referral business is developed.
 
Where do you meet?
We meet every Tuesday morning at 6:45am at The Verandah, At the Lake, Hamilton.  Members always offer visitors a warm welcome and a hot coffee. There is plenty of parking and your attendance is covered by a $20.00 meeting fee that can be paid by cash or Eftpos.
 
What Time?
Meetings are in the morning and are always finished by 8.30am, to allow you to do your ‘day job’. The meetings start at 6.45 with a session called ‘Open Networking’, in this session you can meet and talk with members discovering the wide range of skills and experience available. The meeting sits down for a choice of breakfast at 7.15 and proceeds with the agenda until it is drawn to a close at 8.30am.
 
What do I need to bring?
You need to bring along approximately 50 business cards to distribute to the members and other guests, there is a nominal $20.00 meeting fee to cover the cost of refreshments, breakfast, room hire and other costs – this can be paid by cash or EFTPOS and a receipt will be issued.
 
Do I Need A Personal Invitation?
No, we welcome visitors, but it does help with our planning if we know if you are coming. Please use the 'join us' link above to send us an email.
